Innovativo Presents at IET Event
Simon Eyre, owner at Innovativo, made a presentation to the East Anglia branch of the IET on the creativity process and how concepts such as valuing child's play, setting the bar high and developing a curious mind can benefit the ability for an organisation to grow innovate.

The seminar was well received with a good turn-out despite adverse weather conditions and received praise at the recent IET National Conference where Simon was listed as a recommended speaker to the other regional IET groups.

De Bono Article In Management Today
Edward De Bono, the grandfather of lateral thinking and creativity, is interviewed in the August edition of Management Today magazine.  From a seafood restaurant, overlooking the sea in his beloved homeland of Malta, De Bono talks about his career and his approach to creativity.  Highlights include his claim to solving the penalty shoot out debate in football by settling a drawn game based on which goalkeeper had touched the ball the least.  He also talks about his advisory role with the Chinese Department of Education and his plans to create a future nation of thinkers that will leave the rest of the world falling behind and effectively a "holiday camp" for the Chinese.  De Bono comes across as slightly wild and whacky, but his amazing intellect is obvious to see, despite, as the interviewer discovers, his enormous ego... Well worth a read.
